The valve body and the inner wall of the plug in the lined rotary plug valve are entirely lined with corrosion‑resistant materials such as rubber or PTFE, ensuring that the metal substrate does not come into direct contact with corrosive media. This design provides excellent resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, saline solutions, and a wide range of corrosive chemical fluids. The lining’s elasticity enables a soft seal, delivering superior sealing performance and low actuation torque, with rapid on/off operation via a 90° rotation. The full‑bore flow path is smooth and free of dead zones, minimizing material buildup and crystallization. The top‑mounted construction facilitates disassembly, maintenance, and replacement of lining components, making it suitable for pipeline shut‑off applications in corrosive environments such as chemical processing, environmental protection, and textile dyeing. It can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators.
