Details
The lift-type hard-sealed plug valve operates on a principle of lifting first, then rotating. During opening and closing, the valve stem raises the plug, completely separating the plug’s conical sealing surface from the valve seat, after which a 90° rotational movement is performed. This design eliminates rotational friction and abrasion on the sealing surfaces, significantly extending the service life of the seal. The valve body and the plug’s sealing surfaces are overlay-welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, providing high hardness, excellent high‑temperature resistance, and superior wear resistance, thereby achieving metal‑to‑metal hard sealing that withstands high temperatures, high pressures, and erosion by particulate contaminants. The valve features a full‑bore flow path, minimizing fluid resistance and reducing the risk of debris buildup; when closed, the plug descends to tightly seat against the valve seat, delivering outstanding bidirectional sealing performance. This product is suitable for demanding service conditions involving high‑temperature steam, heat transfer oil, petroleum products, coal‑fired fly ash, and other harsh media, and is widely used for pipeline isolation in the metallurgical, thermoelectric, and petrochemical industries. It can be equipped with manual, worm‑gear, pneumatic, or electric actuators.
